Frederik Opsomer is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Corporate HR Director at Ajinomoto Omnichem since September 2018, Frederik previously held positions at Rogers Corporation as HR Manager and HR Business Partner from July 2008 to August 2018, where responsibilities included staffing and employer branding for both salaried and hourly employees. Prior to this, Frederik worked as an HR Consultant at bpost, focusing on recruitment and internal candidate development, and gained initial experience as an HR Trainee at Bekaert Engineering and De Witte & Morel.
