Sam Verzella is a Senior Project Manager at Ajax Building Company, overseeing the $50 million Lehotsky Hall Replacement at Clemson University since January 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at LF Driscoll, where Sam managed numerous high-profile projects, including the $712 million Comcast Innovation Center, the tallest building in Philadelphia, and the $52 million Labcorp Raritan Laboratory renovations. Other significant projects managed include the $250 million Comcast Center and various medical facilities totaling in excess of $200 million. Sam began a career in construction with Turner Construction Company, contributing to major renovations and new constructions before earning a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
