Durgesh Pandey is an experienced professional currently serving as Country Manager at Ajanta Pharma Ltd, based in the Republic of Congo, since March 2023. In this role, Durgesh is responsible for managing four divisions, organizing healthcare meetings, executing awareness campaigns, and achieving sales targets. Prior to this, Durgesh held various leadership positions at Ipca Laboratories Limited, including Sr. Regional Business Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Area Sales Manager, where successful organizational transformation and achievement of objectives were key focuses. Earlier career experience includes serving as Area Sales Manager at Tidal Laboratories Pvt Ltd and Territory Sales Manager at Kan Healthcare Pvt Ltd. Durgesh holds an advanced degree in Economics and International Business from the International Business Management Institute and a Master of Science in Mathematics from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University.
