Keira Cooper currently serves as Senior Manager for Operational & Business Resilience at AJ Bell, a position held since June 2020, focusing on implementing operational resilience strategies and refreshing business resilience frameworks. Keira's career began at Santander UK as a Customer Support Advisor from 2003 to 2005.
