Donna Ucar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and relationship management. Currently serving as a Customer Account Team Leader at AJ Bell since June 2022, Donna effectively leads a team across London and Manchester to attract and retain investors while guiding new clients through the onboarding process. Prior to this role, Donna has been with Barclays UK as a Relationship Manager since May 2006 and worked as a Customer Service Representative at MyTravel Airways UK from September 2002 to February 2006, where responsibilities included ensuring positive experiences for holidaymakers. Donna Ucar is a graduate of Woking College.
