Yashwinee Karkera is the current Chief Technical Officer at Aiydec. Yashwinee has previously served as the Vice President of Engineering for SH:24, and has also held senior positions at Nyaasa, HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, and Firstsource. Yashwinee has been working in the tech industry for over 20 years and has vast experience in leading engineering teams, developing SAAS platforms, DevOps, Infrastructure, Data Strategy & Architecture, and platform refactoring strategy and execution.

Yashwinee Karkera has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth and an MBA in Business and General Management from the SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Yashwinee is currently pursuing their MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
