Kevin Leunissen

Development Engineer (via Tmc) at Aixtron

Kevin Leunissen has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Kevin started their career as a Junior Chemical Analyst at SGS INTRON via Manpower in 2012. Kevin then worked as a Laboratory Technician at Sappi Europe from April 2020 to June 2021. Following this, they joined MCI - Materials + Corrosion Investigations as a Materials Engineer from March 2019 to January 2020.

In 2017, Kevin worked at Océ - A Canon Company as a Research Engineer in Microscopy and Surface Analysis, where they supported R&D and production with failure analysis using microscopy techniques. Kevin also served as an Ink Interaction Researcher during their time at the company.

Kevin's work experience also includes a role as an Analytical Engineer at Sappi Europe from December 2016 to June 2017, where they were responsible for the fundamental analysis lab. Prior to this, they worked at Albert Heijn as a Medewerker Verkoopklaar, where they were responsible for the vegetable corner and trained new employees.

Since 2020, Kevin has been working with TMC as a Research and Development Engineer. Kevin has held additional roles at TMC, including being a Development Engineer at AIXTRON SE and a Test & Validation Engineer at Lumileds.

Kevin Leunissen's work experience demonstrates their expertise in various technical fields, with a focus on research, development, failure analysis, and microscopy. Kevin has also gained experience in training and mentoring colleagues, as well as writing SOPs and reports.

Kevin Leunissen obtained their HAVO (Higher General Secondary Education) from Trevianum scholengroep during the years 2003 to 2008. Kevin then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) ing. degree in Chemistry and Materials Science at Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2012. Following their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at Eindhoven University of Technology, where they completed a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from 2013 to 2016.
