Felix Grawert serves as the President of AIXTRON SE since August 2017, bringing extensive experience in the technology sector. Prior to this role, Grawert was the Head of Product Segment High Voltage Conversion at Infineon Technologies from December 2013 to June 2017. Grawert also held the position of Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company from November 2005 to November 2013. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science (MSc) from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Dipl.-Ing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
