Alexandra Kammer has had a diverse work experience. In 2014, they interned at Karlsberg Brauerei GmbH, where they had a 6-week stay in the Brasserie Licorne, Saverne, France. In 2016, they worked as an intern at Alois Omlor GmbH and as a tutor at Schülerhilfe. In 2017, they worked as a working student in Online Marketing at Personello. In 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Mannheim. Currently, they are a Junior Consultant at LUB GmbH - Linguistic Consultancy and Head of Diversity Management at Aivy. At Aivy, they are responsible for promoting diversity and equality through strength-based recruiting.

Alexandra Kammer is currently pursuing a MA in Intercultural Communications & Management from the University of Mannheim, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts in French Linguistics & Business Administration from the same institution. Alexandra has also completed an Auslandssemester at Universit\u00e9 Paris-Sorbonne and Utrecht University. Prior to their university studies, Alexandra obtained their Abitur/ Baccalaur\u00e9at from Deutsch-Franz\u00f6sisches Gymnasium/ Lyc\u00e9e franco-allemand Saarbr\u00fccken in 2014. Alexandra has also earned additional certifications, including Sales Leadership Mastery from GROWTH MASTERY in 2022, The Art of Sales: Mastering the Sales Process from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2020, and the Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English from Cambridge Assessment English in 2014.
