Bohi Shajahan is an experienced academic and finance professional currently serving as the Head of the Finance Department and Senior Assistant Professor at American International University-Bangladesh since January 2019. Prior to this role, Bohi held the position of Assistant Professor at AIUB starting in May 2010, where responsibilities included conducting research on microcredit, Islamic finance, and financial markets, consulting students, delivering lectures, and preparing course materials. Bohi holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the Birla Institute of Technology International Center in Bahrain (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Bahrain (2002-2006).
