Edward Alexander is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in desktop support and software engineering. Currently serving as a Desktop Systems Specialist at Mercury Systems, Edward manages desktop support and network administration tasks in a GCC High hybrid cloud environment since June 2022. As the Owner and Senior Software Engineer at AITpro since November 2005, Edward has developed software products such as BulletProof Security and has undertaken various coding projects in multiple programming languages, including VB, Perl, Python, PHP, JavaScript, React, jQuery, AJAX, and C#. Edward's earlier role at the USPTO from June 2000 to August 2005 involved providing Tier II technical support within a large network environment, including Citrix support for remote users.
