Mariana Aguirre currently serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a role held since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana works as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous professional experiences include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practice as a Nutritionist in a private consultation from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching mathematics related to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
