Niv Gabay has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Niv worked as a Configuration Control Engineer at Aitech Systems starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a NPI Engineer at Nano Dimension from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for managing product BOM, implementing engineering changes, and writing assembly instructions. Before that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at BIRD Aerosystems from 2019 to 2020, where they handled production process transitions and provided engineering support. From 2017 to 2019, Niv worked as an Integration Engineer at Wave2Wave Solution Corporation, participating in the integration of various systems. Their career started in the Israel Defense Forces, where they worked as a Mechanical Designer from 2014 to 2017, focusing on classified operational projects and prototype development.

Niv Gabay obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ORT Colleges between 2012 and 2014.
