Guillaume Felix has extensive experience in the baking industry, currently serving as a Technicien Boulanger at AIT Ingredients since May 2016. Prior to this role, Guillaume worked as a Boulanger at Lalos Bakery from May 2015 to May 2016 and held the same position at Eric Kayser from May 2014 to May 2015.
