Guillaume Felix has extensive experience in the baking industry, currently serving as a Technicien Boulanger at AIT Ingredients since May 2016. Prior to this role, Guillaume worked as a Boulanger at Lalos Bakery from May 2015 to May 2016 and held the same position at Eric Kayser from May 2014 to May 2015. Guillaume's baking career began at Le Quartier du Pain MOF, where contributions were made from September 2008 to May 2015. Education includes a Bep Boulanger/Pâtissier degree obtained from Ifac Brest between 2005 and 2008.
