Harsh Goda is a Customer Success Associate at Aislelabs since February 2022, focusing on client lifecycle stages within the customer success team. Previously at Sturdy Sports from December 2020 to November 2021, Harsh drove business objectives and marketing goals, achieving high customer satisfaction and minimizing churn while maximizing referrals. Prior experience includes a role in marketing and business development at Sai Agency from February 2017 to January 2019, where Harsh conducted market research and managed product line execution.
