Sarah Hebert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management, currently serving as the General Manager of Plant Quality Development at AISIN North Carolina Corporation since July 2013. Sarah's responsibilities encompass in-house operations for full transmission assemblies, component parts, and service parts, where Sarah supervises a team of three assistant managers and eight quality engineers. Prior roles at AISIN include Plant Quality Manager and Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, where Sarah managed daily activities and maintained compliance with safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards. Before AISIN, Sarah worked as a Project Manager and Quality Engineer at Dill Air Controls Products, LLC, focusing on project development and quality documentation. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
