Mirko Mazzoleni has extensive work experience in the field of system identification, fault diagnosis, and data analysis. Mirko worked as an Assistant Professor at the Università degli Studi di Bergamo, where they were responsible for the courses related to model identification and data analysis. Prior to this role, Mirko was a Lecturer at the same university, teaching the same subject. Mirko also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow, conducting research on machine learning methods for system identification. During their PhD, Mirko worked on various projects related to automation, analytics, machine learning, and data science. Mirko co-founded AISent Srl, a company established in 2018. Additionally, Mirko worked as a Software Engineer at SDF, where they developed a diagnostic tool for agricultural tractors' Electronic Control Units (ECUs).
Mirko Mazzoleni obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Università degli Studi di Bergamo. Mirko completed this degree from 2014 to 2017. Prior to their PhD, Mirko pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the same university, which they completed between 2011 and 2014. Mirko'seducational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Università degli Studi di Bergamo, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011.
In addition to their formal education, Mirko has also earned several certifications. In 2020, they acquired the certification for "Deep Learning and Computer Vision A-Zâ„¢: OpenCV, SSD & GANs" from Udemy. In 2014, they earned the "edX Honor Code Certificate for Learning From Data (introductory Machine Learning course)" from edX. The same year, they received certifications for "Model Thinking" and "Machine Learning" from Coursera in September and June, respectively.
