Cathy Juilfs has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Cathy started their career as a Senior Qualified Retirement Plan Administrator at Bankers Systems in 1990 and stayed there for seven years. In 1997, they moved to PrimeVest Financial Services where they worked as a Retirement Plan Salesperson, providing Defined Contribution investment solutions to registered representatives across the United States until 1999. Cathy was one of the first team members to join Mike Sipe when they founded AIS Planning in 1999. At AIS Planning, Cathy held various roles including President & Managing Director and CEO & President. Cathy is one of only a few Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analysts (AIFA®) in Minnesota and is passionate about people, work, and life.

Cathy Juilfs obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning / Behavioral Finance from Colorado Technical University between 2009 and 2012. Cathy also holds additional certifications including Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). It is not specified when they obtained these certifications.
