Martijn Graafland is an experienced operations director currently serving as Directeur operations and Algemeen manager at AIS since July 2022. Prior to this role, Martijn worked at Unispace from October 2019 to June 2022, holding various positions including Principal, Client Development EMEA, Studio Lead Amsterdam, Principal, Technical Delivery, and Senior Associate Technical Delivery. Martijn’s earlier experience includes serving as Hoofd Bedrijfsbureau and Project Leader at Techno Telematica B.V. from August 2011 to October 2019, as well as roles as Monteur at Telfaco Group B.V. and ABM installatietechniek Bergschenhoek bv from May 2006 to August 2011 and July 2002 to May 2006, respectively. Martijn has also pursued various educational opportunities, including training at The Siemon Company in 2019, SBK Opleidingen in 2012, and Albeda College in the Netherlands from 2002 to 2005.
