Joe Seibert, CQA, currently serves as the CQCM for AIS Infrastructure, working on the Eagle Island project with AIS and USACE since September 2023. With extensive experience in quality assurance and environmental compliance, Joe co-owns Malama Associates, LLC, providing consulting and field services since March 2013. Previously, Joe held the position of Quality Management Specialist at Midnight Sun Global Services, LLC from October 2022 to September 2023, and served as Principal Environmental Scientist at Parsons from October 2013 to September 2022, leading environmental compliance inspections for federal clients. Additional roles include Quality Control Manager and SSHO at ECC, Project Manager at Parsons, QA Supervisor at Tetra Tech EC, Inc., and RCRA Compliance Officer for the City and County of Denver. Joe's career began as an Enviro Tech with Antarctic Support Association, and Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine and Aquatic Biology from the University of New Hampshire.
