Ljupco Vangelski has worked for a number of companies since 2005. Ljupco began their career as Head of Data Center at Neotel Macedonia in 2005. Ljupco then moved on to become a Lecturer at Integrated Business Faculty (FBE) in 2006. In 2011, they took on the role of Data Center Manager at WTI Macedonia, where they implemented, maintained, and optimized network services, systems, and IT data processes. From 2012 to 2014, they were Co-Founder & Executive Manager at Scope Innovations, and also a Member of Foundation New Business Education. In 2014, they became a Short Term Consultant at IFC - International Finance Corporation, and also Founder at VapourApps. In 2018, they were Co-Founder & Member of board at Blink Delivery App, and in 2019, they became a Senior Systems Engineer at Airy.

Ljupco Vangelski attended Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer technics, informatics and automatics. Ljupco then continued their studies at the same university from 2006 to 2012, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical engineering & Information technologies. Ljupco also attended Nikola Karev, but no degree or field of study was specified.
