Rachel Sanders is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in various engineering and technology sectors. Currently serving as Projects Manager at Airways New Zealand since July 2022, Rachel is part of a team developing a new Air Traffic Management System. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Syft Technologies, where Rachel managed technical projects for the semiconductor industry, and Senior Project Manager at SKOPE Industries Limited, overseeing the development of environmentally friendly refrigeration products. Rachel has also held positions such as Engineering Programmes Lead at Martin Aircraft Company and Engineering Project Manager at Jaguar Land Rover, highlighting a robust background in managing complex projects across multiple domains. Rachel holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter.
