Susheel Kumar Maharana is an accomplished Food and Beverage Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently employed at Airways Hotel since February 2017, recognized as the World's Best Airport Hotel, Susheel oversees six food and beverage outlets. Prior to this role, Susheel served as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Marriott International, contributing to one of India's top luxury hotels with expertise in hiring, customer support, and revenue optimization. Experience includes managing high-end dining operations at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, as well as wine and spirits supervision at AMAN and other prestigious establishments. Susheel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Nagpur University and is a certified sommelier through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
