Michelle Hannah has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and industries. Michelle started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Krispy Kreme in 2004 before moving on to become a Human Resources Director at DDB Group Australia in 2008. In 2015, Michelle joined AdRoll, a Division of NextRoll, Inc., as a People Partner, where they worked until 2017. Michelle then joined BCG Digital Ventures as a People Partner and worked there until 2019. Most recently, Michelle has been working at AirTrunk since 2019. Michelle started as the Head of People & Culture, APAC, and is currently serving as the Head of People Operations & Experience, APAC. In their current role at AirTrunk, Michelle is responsible for leading talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and engagement initiatives across the region.
Michelle Hannah completed the Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) via International Coach Federation (ICF) at The Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained HBDI Certification from Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument in 2009. In 2004, Michelle earned a Diploma in Business (Human Resources) from the Technical Institute of Sydney, and in 1997, they completed an Associate Diploma in Social Science from the same institute. Additionally, Michelle received training in Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) through PSP | CoreStrengths in 2016.
