Katlin Otsa has accumulated significant experience in customer service and credit control, currently serving as a Business Energy Credit Controller and previously as a Business Energy Customer Service representative at SSE Airtricity since October 2017. Prior to this role, Katlin worked as a Sales Assistant at Marks and Spencer from July 2016 to January 2018. Katlin pursued education at Technological University Dublin between 2016 and 2017.
