Lauren Chapman serves as an Executive Assistant Office Manager at Airtree since March 2024. Previously, Lauren contributed to 10x10 Philanthropy in multiple roles including Executive Business Partner, Board Secretary, Interim General Manager, and Executive Assistant from February 2023 to March 2024. As the Founder of h.alt, Lauren launched Australia's first hemp milk for coffee in June 2020, leading the brand until June 2023. Additional experience includes positions at Hello Sunday Morning as Board Secretary and Senior Executive Assistant, and at Shine Drink as Personal Assistant to the Director. Earlier career roles include Cluster Sales Manager at Industrie Clothing and various managerial positions at Cotton On Group. Education was completed at Trinity Catholic College Lismore.
