Pere Bacardit Garcia has extensive experience in engineering management roles. Pere started their career at MAPRO in 2005 as a Team Leader Control Engineer and worked there for over a decade until 2016. Pere then joined MEPSA as an Automation Engineering Manager, where they managed a team of 6-8 engineers and was responsible for resource management and reporting to the Operations Manager. In 2017, they transitioned to Iberfluid Instruments S.A. as a Team Lead Manager until 2019. Pere then worked at EQUIPCERAMIC, S.A. as an Automation Engineering Manager before joining AIRTIFICIAL as the Head of Electrical Engineering in 2020.

Pere Bacardit Garcia completed their education at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2003 to 2007, where they earned an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, they attended IES Ribera Baixa from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in CFGS Regualció i control de sistemes automàtics.
