Jamil Kireri is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as CIT-Manager at Airtel Uganda since August 2013. In this role, Jamil Kireri acts as a liaison between IBM and IT, managing and supervising provisioning and Customer Care functions, as well as Retail billing, Roaming, and Interconnect IT functions. Prior to this, Jamil Kireri held various managerial positions at Warid Telecom from August 2007 to July 2013, including Manager Billing, Manager Provisioning & Customer Care, and Assistant Manager Provisioning & Customer Care, where responsibilities included overseeing customer service applications and supporting the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
