Brian Nagaba is an experienced professional in analytics and revenue assurance, currently serving as the Head of MIS and Analytics at Airtel Uganda since August 2021. In this role, Brian oversees the preparation of yearly and quarterly reforecasts, variance analysis reports, and the creation of dashboards to track market trends and product performance. Prior to Airtel, Brian worked at MTN Uganda from April 2013 to August 2021, holding various positions including Specialist Revenue Assurance, where responsibilities included implementing solutions, identifying and quantifying revenue leakage, and investigating fraud cases. Brian holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, both from Makerere University.
