Andinda Doreen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources operations and analytics. Currently serving as the HR Operations and Analytics Manager at Airtel Uganda since September 2019, Andinda has previously held positions including HR Operations and Analytics Executive, Senior Human Resources Officer at Victoria University Healthcare Centre, and Human Resources Business Partner at Marie Stopes International. Additionally, Andinda's journey in HR began as a Human Resources Assistant at UAP Old Mutual Uganda. Andinda's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Makerere University and multiple certifications in leadership development, HR metrics, and professional HR certification from esteemed institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management and Africa People Advisory Group.
