Mauli Shah is a Systems Support Specialist at Airtech Vacuum, Inc., with experience dating back to May 2015 as a Network Administrator at Crowe Soberman. In this role, Mauli managed user mailboxes and implemented anti-spam and archiving policies using O365 Exchange Admin Center, as well as handled phone number assignments and Teams settings. Previous positions include serving as a Technical Support Analyst, where encryption policies for external storage devices were developed, and as a Help Desk Administrator, providing technical support and monitoring helpdesk systems. A co-op student position involved updating hardware inventories and deploying Windows OS. Mauli holds a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Seneca Polytechnic.
