Courtney Lall has extensive experience in technical support and editorial operations, currently serving as an Enterprise Technical Support Specialist at Airtable since September 2021. Prior to this role, Courtney was an Editorial Operations Specialist at The Dodo, where responsibilities included managing the content acquisition process, overseeing a team of video editors, and onboarding new hires. Courtney also contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives at Group Nine Media, participating in the IDEA Council and a Content Committee, and earlier held positions including Marketing Intern at Group Nine Media and Brand Development Intern at POPSUGAR. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Stony Brook University.
