Louise Bancroft is the current SVP of People & Culture at Airswift. Louise was previously employed at airswift in a similar role.

Louise Bancroft has a master of business administration and a master of science from the Manchester Metropolitan University, as well as a bachelor's degree from the University of Salford. Louise also attended Holy Cross College.

They are on a team with Nicola Murphy - Global Finance Director, Charles Pfauwadel - VP, Asia, and Kati Greenall - VP, Strategic Accounts. Their manager is Janette Marx, Chief Executive Officer.
