Mateusz Piecyk is a Senior Product Expert and Tier 3 Escalation Engineer at Airspan Networks since September 2020, specializing in technical support for 5G network deployments and administration of virtualized systems using Kubernetes. Prior to this role, Mateusz served as a Customer Service Engineer, providing first and second line technical support and customer interaction through the Jira tool. Between December 2017 and September 2020, Mateusz worked at Samsung Electronics Polska as a Junior Protocol Test Engineer, focusing on testing mobile protocols and conducting log analysis in the European Union. Mateusz holds a Magister degree from Kielce University of Technology, obtained in 2017, and an Inżynier degree in Computer Science from the same institution, achieved in 2016.
