Vasiliy Mortikov began their work experience in 2011 as a Technical Project Manager at Universal Data Center (iPay.ua), where they facilitated online payment card transactions. In 2012, they joined Company "STN-Group" as the Head of the Sales Department until 2014. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2019, they worked at Teamsoft LLC as a QA Engineer specializing in CRM software solutions for pharmaceutical companies. Since 2019, they have been a QA Engineer at airSlate, focusing on business automation.

Vasiliy Mortikov pursued their education between 2003 and 2008 at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. Vasiliy earned a Master's degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician during this time.
