Damien Miller has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the IT service management field. Damien is currently serving as the Head of Service Management & Support Services at Airservices Australia, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, Damien worked at NATS as the Head of Business Service Design, Technical Services from December 2017 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for designing and transitioning into operations a new service-oriented operating model and supporting service management framework. Damien Miller earned a Master of Management in Information Technology degree from Charles Sturt University from 2005 to 2007, specializing in IT Management. In addition, Damien holds several certifications, including ITIL Master Qualification from EXIN in 2008, ITIL Expert Managing Across the Lifecycle (ITIL-MALC) from EXIN in 2011, and Leading Scaled Agile from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017.
