Ilie Navula has over two decades of experience in air traffic management, currently serving as the Controller Standards and SAR at Airports Fiji Limited since August 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing safety and quality management systems and coordinating search and rescue efforts. Previously, Ilie Navula held roles in procedure design at ANS from 2005 to 2009 and worked as an Air Traffic Control Officer at Strategic Air Services Limited from 1999 to 2005, ensuring the safe passage of aircraft within Fiji's airspace. Educational qualifications were obtained from the Singapore Aviation Academy between 1995 and 2005.
