Karen Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance and advisory roles. Currently serving as Non Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at both Airport Development Group and Empire Energy Group, Karen also holds the position of Chair at the Screen Industry Advisory Council. Previous roles include President and Committee Member for the Northern Territory at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Northern Territory National Security Advisory Panel, and various leadership positions at Deloitte. With a strong educational background, including fellowships from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants, Karen Green is a graduate of Curtin University with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting.
