Raymond Lo is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation and digital banking, currently serving as Manager of Innovation and Data Insights at the Airport Authority Hong Kong since November 2022, where responsibilities include driving mobile innovations and managing partnership projects to enhance passenger satisfaction. Prior to this, Raymond held the position of FinTech and Partnership Manager at Hang Seng Bank from October 2015 to June 2022, focusing on ecosystem partnerships and open banking product launches. Additionally, Raymond contributed to the digital transformation initiatives at Hang Seng Bank as an Assistant Project Manager in RBWM Transformation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Officer in e-Banking at ICBC (Asia) from October 2013 to November 2015. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
