Jerome Winston is an experienced avionics technician with over 21 years in electronics, specializing in avionics instrument and flight control systems. Current employment at Top Aces commenced in September 2022, following a tenure at Boeing from January 2021 to January 2023 as a Technical Data Designer. Previous positions include various avionics and electrical roles in companies such as DynCorp International, AECOM, Lockheed Martin, and Gulf Air Group, where responsibilities encompassed diagnosing malfunctions, system repairs, and overseeing assembly and disassembly processes. In addition to technical expertise, Jerome Winston also serves as the owner and minister of Winston Ministries since 2010, offering wedding services in the Northwest Florida area. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from Columbia Southern University and an AA in Avionics from the Community College of the Air Force.
