Patrick Kwan is an experienced professional in the aviation and technology sectors, currently serving as Manager of Data Analytics and Manager of Smart Airport at Airport Authority Hong Kong since April 2008. In these roles, Patrick drives digital transformation and explores operational data to enhance the smart airport vision through innovative solutions. Prior to this, Patrick worked as Assistant Manager, focusing on improving passenger experiences and implementing advanced technology solutions, and as System Specialist, managing critical infrastructure systems. Earlier experience includes serving as Solutions Analyst at PCCW Solutions, where responsibilities included tender bidding and project implementation. Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Aviation from UNSW and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
