Jovy Li currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at 香港機場管理局 since December 2022. Previously, Jovy held various leadership roles at 香港賽馬會 from March 2016 to December 2022, including Executive Manager of Human Resources and Executive Manager of the Stables Workforce, focusing on workforce management and industrial relationships. Prior experience includes a senior manager position in partner resources at Starbucks Coffee from February 2014 to February 2016, and significant contributions to The Hong Kong Jockey Club from August 2006 to January 2013, where Jovy played a key role in establishing HR operations in Mainland China. Jovy's expertise lies in strategic HR management, policy development, and workforce planning across multiple organizations.
