CK Chan is an experienced professional in the building services and electrical and mechanical engineering sectors, currently serving as Manager, Electrical and Mechanical at the Airport Authority Hong Kong since January 2020. Responsibilities include managing E&M works, project planning, budget control, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Prior to this, CK Chan held the position of Resident Building Services Engineer at Ronald Lu & Partners, focusing on E&M design and construction for significant tenancy projects. Additional experience includes roles at Arcadis as Senior Risk Manager, where risk management processes were developed, and prior engineering positions with China State Construction Engineering Corporation, Shimizu Corporation, Kumagai Gumi, and Ryoden Engineering Company Limited. CK Chan holds a Master of Engineering in Building Services Engineering from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
