Anil Pillai has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Air Vtrn Dr Anil has served as a Director at CISSA Green since June 2023 and as Chairman at Mukhathala Farmer Producer Co Ltd since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Airolink International Construction LLC from October 2020 to the present and from October 2019 to the present. Anil also held progressive roles at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., including Senior Divisional Manager, Zonal Manager, and Regional In Charge. Air Vtrn Dr Anil served as the Executive Director & Secretary at Cashew Export Promotion Council Of India from November 2022 to March 2023. Before transitioning to the private sector, Anil worked as an Executive Teritory Manger at Reliance Capital and as a Ground Engineer in the Indian Air Force.

Air Vtrn Dr Anil Pillai has a diverse education history. Air Vtrn Dr Anil earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Glocal University in Saharanpur Uttar Pradesh between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work from Kalinga University, Raipur from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they hold a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from William Carey University, Shillong, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Air Vtrn Dr Anil also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution from 2006 to 2010. In the field of business, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from Canadian University College from 1998 to 2001, and an additional MBA degree in HR from Agra University from 1998 to 2000. Air Vtrn Dr Anil earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology, Political Science, and Public Administration from Kakatiya University from 1990 to 1994. Furthermore, they completed a mechanical engineering program at the Mechanical Training Institute Indian Air Force from 1990 to 1994. Prior to their university studies, they completed a Pre-degree program in Science at TKM College from 1987 to 1989, and a School Leaving Certificate in Science at St. Jude HS Mukhathala from 1984 to 1987. Air Vtrn Dr Anil also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Safety and Security from the Delhi School of Security Management, Fire and Safety.

Air Vtrn Dr Anil Pillai has obtained several additional certifications, including Certified Occupational Health Safety Management Lead Auditor, Certified Environmental Management Systems Lead Auditor (EMS-LA), and Certified Quality Management System Lead Auditor, which they obtained from IRCLASS Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd in 2022. Air Vtrn Dr Anil also holds a GCC certification from California State University, Fullerton, and has been certified as a Fellow in Risk Management by the Risk Management Association of India. Additionally, they are a Certified Industrial Safety and Security Management Professional from the National Security School.
