Maja Björnemalm has been in the customer service industry since 2018. Maja began their career as a Fransstylist at Finare Fransar in 2018. In 2019, they took on two roles, working as a Customer Service Representative at Webhelp and a Kassabiträde at Kaori. In 2021, they began working at Airmee as a Team Leader Customer Support and Support.

Maja Björnemalm attended Tibble gymnasium from 2016 to 2019, where they earned their Gymnasieexamen in the field of Medier, samhälle och kommunikation.
