Joakim Larsson is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in logistics and last-mile delivery management. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Airmee since August 2022, Joakim oversees the Dispatch team, focusing on optimizing last-mile operations across the Nordic market to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior to Airmee, Joakim held the position of Produktionschef/Transportchef at PostNord Sverige from December 2019 to August 2022, managing a team of approximately 120 drivers and a fleet of around 75 vehicles in northern Stockholm. Joakim's career began at ICA Gruppen, where roles included Group Manager overseeing warehouse operations and Operational Flow Optimizer responsible for enhancing cost efficiency and operational effectiveness within the supply chain.
