Lisa Connell is an experienced professional with a robust background in quality assurance, safety, and organizational performance within healthcare and aviation sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at AIRMEDIC since November 2021, Lisa previously held key roles at Chrono Aviation and NAV CANADA, where expertise in quality improvement and ISO auditing was demonstrated. With a strong foundation in project management acquired from various positions at McGill University Health Centre, including Senior Advisor and Project Manager, Lisa effectively led complex projects and implemented best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Université de Montréal and has furthered education in risk and project management through programs at McGill University.
