Ashley Garrod is an experienced professional in the fields of mortgage lending and business development, currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Business Development representative at The Direct Lending Team since August 2024. Previously held roles include Sales and Development at AirMed International, Business Development and Loan Origination at DayOne Mortgage Group, and Mortgage Loan Originator at CMG Financial. Ashley began a career in mortgage brokerage at Home Mortgage Alliance, LLC from January 2021 to January 2023, after a notable 13-year tenure at Southwest Airlines in various positions, including Supervisor of Operations and flight attendant.
