Jani McLean has been in the Human Resources field for over 15 years. In 2003, they started their career as a Front Office Manager at New Vision Technologies. Jani then moved to Really Useful Group Ltd in 2005 as a Purchase Ledger Controller. That same year, they also worked at BBH London as an Accounts Assistant/Overseas Purchase Ledger Controller. In 2007, they joined Gray and Associates as an Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger Controller. In 2008, they moved to Deloitte as a Manager - Global Employer Services. Finally, in 2015, they joined AIRINC (Associates for International Research, Inc.) as an Associate Director Client Engagement EMEA.

Jani McLean completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Applied Accounting at Oxford Brookes University in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (A.C.C.A) Member from LCA Business School in 2007-2008. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Toastmasters International as an Active Member in January 2014, from the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent in February 2013, and from ACCA as an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in January 2012.
