Anne Benjamin has had a varied and extensive career, beginning in 2007 as an Intern with Team 5 Investigates at WCVB Channel 5. In 2008, they were a Congressional Intern in the Office of Representative Barney Frank, developing content for the office Website and answering phone calls and emails from constituents and concerned citizens. In 2010, they held three positions: Volunteer Coordinator at Global Vision International, Corporate and Foundation Relations Assistant at Tufts University, and Surveyor and Analyst at AIRINC. In 2011, they began their role as Director, Training & Development at AIRINC, creating and leading AIRINC's professional development program and global DE&I team. Anne was then promoted to Director, Research, responsible for global research strategy, operations, partnerships, improvement initiatives, communications, and performance and development of research staff. Finally, they were Global Survey Manager, responsible for AIRINC's worldwide research operation and global team, and also leading AIRINC's Publications department.
Anne Benjamin has a diverse educational background. Anne obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Trinity College-Hartford in 2010 after attending Noble and Greenough School from 1999 to 2005. In 2017, they earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, specializing in Leadership and Organizational Transformation and Operations. Additionally, they have obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in September 2022 and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Boston University in August 2019.
